SECTION 7 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt for products that are unused and in new condition. Personalized items (engraved collars or leashes) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. SECTION 8 - WARRANTY We offer a 6-month warranty on all FIGURATI x Lia products against manufacturer defects.

Warranty covers:

  • Hardware or assembly defects
  • Sewing breakage

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by pet chewing or biting
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Product misuse

If you believe you received a defective item, email contact@figuratixlia.com with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
