WHERE DO WE SHIP? FIGURATI x Lia ships everywhere within the United States.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $70 or more. For orders under $70, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? We work quickly to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5–9 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
PERSONALIZED ORDERS Orders that include laser engraving personalization may require up to 1 additional business day for processing before shipment.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that carriers may take 1–2 business days to update tracking information after the label is created. If you have any questions about your order status, contact us at contact@figuratixlia.com.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS We will do our best to accommodate change or cancellation requests. Please contact us at contact@figuratixlia.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipment.
