RETURNS We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt for items that are unused and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
EXCHANGES We accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt for items that are unused and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
FINAL SALE ITEMS The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Personalized items (laser engraved collars or leashes)
- Items discounted 20% or more
WARRANTY We offer a 6-month warranty on all FIGURATI x Lia products against manufacturer defects.
Warranty covers:
- Hardware or assembly defects
- Sewing breakage
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by pet chewing or biting
- Normal wear and tear
- Product misuse
